    This eye balm balls up on me! I had to pick the bits off my eye area after it became dry. Not something you want to do in the morning when you are in a rush. Another good thing about this product, is it is sold at a very competitive price, only 12 dollars from Amazon, and, it comes in a .65 oz bottle, which is .15 oz more than the typical packaging. However, there may be a good reason for this extra. Although refuted by some, there are probably some manufacturing instabilities with the packaging. There are some women who complain about getting dry, balled up eye cream along with the fresh eye cream, which means you get a certain waste of money.

Another issue is the mineral oil content in the eye cream, which sometimes produces milia for some women. And, although thick during application, it has a tendency to run with sweat on those certain times.

Recommendation: This is definitely not one of the best eye creams we have reviewed in this site, but is still worth considering. Not exactly useless, and in fact, could help with the fine lines.
