Neutrogena is respected beauty brand but a majority of women who have tried Neutrogena Radiance Boost Eye Cream didn't like it. This eye cream tends to clog the pores thus causing pimples. It also has a greasy feel many found the scent to be too strong. There are a few women who found this to be effective but couldn't identify their skin type.

JEN says: Although I haven't tried this cream myself, I would pass on it given the numerous negative reviews and consumer reports. It was really question that the women who claimed that Neutrogena Radiance Boost Eye Cream worked for them couldn't give their skin type or give any other details.
