JEN says: The Rejuvenating Eye gel seems to be very good when it comes to reducing wrinkles around the eyes due to palmitoyl pentapeptide 3. It also has the ability to improve the skin due to its moisturizing effects. But it does not have any action that will help reduce puffiness of the eyes. so if your main problem with your eyes are wrinkles and fine lines, then the 4VOO Rejuvenating Eye Gel may be a good choice as an eye cream. But for those with puffy eyes, you may want to look for an eye cream for puffy eyes that will be able to better solve your problem like our Dermajuv Eye Gel review.
