Athena is a good eye cream, but still a distant second to LifeCell (Nothing else I've seen comes close).
They say it has been clinically proven to reduce wrinkles 83.72%. That's pretty true within 7 minutes. The problem is that this cream doesn't have long term effects.
I've seen quite a few people use this and it's pretty effective. I definitely saw a reduction in the wrinkles on most of them. However, continued use is necessary.
