That's a mouthful! LOL! The only familiar ingredient is water and the rest are blur so lets dig deeper how this eye cream really works.

JEN says: Many users will be lured by its nice packaging and pleasant smell but for me, Black Tea Age Delay Eye Cream made by Fresh is nothing more than a high powered moisturizer pretending to be an effective anti-aging product. I could describe it as virtually a cocktail of natural herb and seed extracts with a complicated collection of synthetic ingredients, this product claims to effectively refine your complexion and boost the radiance of your skin but doesn't do as stated. I would rather stick to my best eye cream choice.
