Recommendation: There is no doubt that this product is hydrating. However, for an eye cream, it does not do what it’s supposed to, and therefore, you are ending up paying more for a just a moisturizing cream. The anti aging ingredients in this product are relatively low, which is probably one of the reasons for it not working. I would not recommend this eye cream. If you have drier than regular skin, or looking forward to a very cold winter, use a more moisturizing anti wrinkle eye cream.

I've been getting lines under my eyes and I've tried alot of different eye creams. I had heard so much about LaMer from reading about how all the Hollywood stars use it so I figured I'd give it a try. I've only been using it for about 2 weeks and I really see no difference in my under eye lines and wrinkles. My understanding is that tanning and burning are caused by UVB rays. Skin aging and wrinkles are caused by UVA rays. This eye cream has both UVB and UVA protection, SPF 15. As an eye cream, it is thicker than usual creams. Every morning for the last 10 years, I have applied it on my brow bone and under my eye (not right on eyelid as it may get into eyes). I do not have any wrinkles in my eye area. The sunscreen component will prevent future skin damage to the eye area. For existing damage to the eye area, well, I don't know if anything non-surgical can help that. I wear SPF 25 on the rest of my face every morning (Superdefence from Clinique), but use this eye cream in my eye area (as regular creams get into my eyes and that hurts). I would highly recommend using this as a day cream for the eye area as it is thick enough not to get into your eyes and also protects the eye area from future sun damage.

Recommendation: To begin with, I enjoyed trying Dermajuv. After reading about it all over the net, I found that it really did work, especially for the dark circles around the eyes. The loose skin around my eyes were also slowly beginning to rise after three weeks of use, so I wasn’t really concerned with the shipping issue, as I had no intentions of returning the product. However, I cannot say that this is the best product out there, which is the only fault I found with this eyecream Dermajuv works well, but not as well as LifeCell.
